Mr. Nidal Turjman, CEO Emaar Pakistan, joined the company in January 2015. He was leading the success of Emaar’s project in Syria from inception in 2006; he has played a key role in structuring regional development plans in Syria.
Holding degrees in MBA, CPA and BS; Mr. Nidal is a financial, investment and management professional with over 20 years of international experience working with several leading investment groups in the GCC region. He has worked with Anwa Group, L’azurde Group and Safir International, managing private placements in USA and France. He has also managed real estate investments in Egypt, Tunisia and Morocco.
Mr. Salman Ahmad

Salman Ahmad is a qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and possesses over 15 years of post-qualification experience in multi-disciplinary financial environment working in Pakistan, UAE and South Africa. He is currently working as Director Finance for Emaar Pakistan
Mr. Wazirzada M. Owais
Legal, Contracts & Company Secretary
Mr. Owais possesses LLM (Corporate Law) from International Islamic University, and LLB from University Law College, Gomal University Dera Ismail Khan. He has rich experience of more than 20 years in both contentions and non - contentious area of legal practice. He has a diversified experience in Banking, Real Estate, Construction, Corporate, Commercial and labour matters. At present he works for Emaar Pakistan Group as Director Legal & Contracts besides being the Company Secretary for EDIL and EGKL.
Col (Rtd.) Mohammed Asghar Khan
Col (Rtd.) Asghar is currently working as head of External Affairs with Emaar Pakistan Group. He possesses 31 years of professional experience in multiple fields of handling operations, administration, intelligence and security. He is equipped with rich experience in corporate sector gained while working on executive position of real estate giant Defence Housing Authority Islamabad (DHAI) as Secretary and Administrator DHAI. He has also been working as Chief Operating Office (COO) for JV project with Harvard International USA and as GM Marketing & Administration with Habib Rafiq (HRL).
Mr. Fahad Arif Khawaja
Customer Care and Property Handover
Fahad with a master's Degree in Business Administration possesses diversified experience of over 11 years. He joined Emaar Pakistan in July 2006 and is responsible for Customer Relationship Management for both Canyon Views & Crescent Bay Projects. At present he works for Emaar Pakistan as Head of Customer Care & Property Handover besides supervising Contact Center function.
Mr. Yousaf Haroon
HR & IT
He is a Chartered Fellow CIPD UK (FCIPD) and a member of Chartered Institute of Arbitration UK (MCIArb). He possesses dual masters in business administration and IT. In addition he has completed executive education from Sweden, Switzerland and USA i.e., BTH, USTTI, World Bank Institute and Harvard University respectively. With over 15 years of diversified post-qualification professional experience in HR, OD, IT governance, project management and finance, he has worked in public & private sectors, i.e., telecommunications & IT, petro-chemicals & agribusiness, construction & real estate development. Yousaf is currently heading HR & IT departments. Additionally, he looks after business planning, business intelligence (BI), ERP, MIS, quality management system (ISO 9001:2008) and BPM functions for Emaar Pakistan Group.
Mr. Syed Khalid Riaz

Holding an MSc. Degree in Structural Engineering, Khalid has more than 2 decades of experience. He is currently Emaar Pakistan’s Director Developments & Projects and is overseeing construction of Emaar’s high rise towers in Karachi. Khalid’s expertise in housing, commercial and heavy industrial projects adds great value to the team. His domain lies in Project Management, where he has spent 13 years and is also a registered member of the Pakistan Engineering Council and Saudi Engineering Council
