Emaar offers convenient ‘skip the line’ opportunity for long-term investors to make preferred property purchase

Dubai, UAE; April 28, 2014: Emaar Properties is now offering a convenient option for its long-term investors and end-user customers to ‘skip the line’ and exercise their property purchases without pre-registration, even on the first day of project launches, through new features as part of the Emaar Preferred Access programme.

Emaar Preferred Access programme is aimed at strengthening investor confidence and offering the opportunity for long-term investors to be part of the global property developer’s path-breaking lifestyle developments in Dubai.

Investors who make a 30 per cent down payment on the total value of the property and commit to maintaining ownership of the property until handover can make the property purchases through the programme. ‘Skip the line’ is a new feature as part of the programme that avoids the need for waiting in the regular queues for property purchases or early registrations through Emaar’s customer-oriented programme.

The Emaar Preferred Access programme can be accessed online at www.emaar.com or by visiting Emaar’s sales centre in Downtown Dubai. The purchase of any property is subject to availability, the investor agreeing to Emaar’s relevant terms and conditions of sale and final approval of the sale of the property by Emaar. The enrolment for the programme is non-transferable and cannot be used to purchase properties in the name of third-party owners.

Emaar has launched a number of projects in Dubai this year including Boulevard Point, Vida Residence Downtown Dubai and BLVD Crescent in Downtown Dubai; Mulberry at Park Heights in Dubai Hills Estate; Mira Oasis in Reem; and Rasha, Yasmin and Samara villas in Arabian Ranches.
