Spread over an area of 1 million sq m, Belgrade Waterfront will create a brand-new skyline for the city. It will be anchored by Kula Belgrade, an iconic tower that rises 200 metres high, serving as the beacon of the entire master-planned community. The 1.8km Sava promenade is the highlight of the development, along with a 37-hectare central park, the Grand Boulevard lined by cafes, restaurants and retail outlets, the Belgrade Mall with 1.5 million sq m of gross leasable space, a Cultural District, a Historic Plaza, and a rehabilitated railway bridge that transforms into an active pedestrian bridge connecting both waterfront promenades to the development..

Large parks, spacious squares, waterfront promenades and playgrounds celebrate a community lifestyle. It will also draw on the latest technological infrastructure to provide seamless connectivity and infotainment choices for residents.
Belgrade Waterfront builds on the strong bilateral ties between the UAE and Serbia, particularly following the recent visit of HH General Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, to the country.
