Dubai, UAE; June 10, 2013: Building on its commitment to continuously provide enhanced visitor experiences, The Address Hotels + Resorts, the five-star premium brand of Emaar Hospitality Group, has unveiled complimentary WiFi across its chauffeured limousines, ensuring guests are unplugged, yet connected on-the-go.

Visitors staying across The Address Downtown Dubai, The Address Dubai Mall, The Address Dubai Marina, and The Palace Downtown Dubai, can now seamlessly browse the Internet via the limousine’s WiFi system, anywhere in the UAE, on the supplied iPads. Alternatively, they can also choose to access the Web using their own tablets or smart phones, ensuring enhanced connectivity. Another tangible guest benefit offered by the group, the service will help both business and leisure travellers stay connected at every point during their stay with The Address Hotels + Resorts.

Managed by a central location, the use of the GPS delivers a pre-notification system, which provides the hotels’ concierge teams with notifications at various intervals, to alert duty managers of the guest’s arrivals. The server also ensures the highest standards of guest safety by providing visitors with live updates on traffic and roads.

In addition to this, when the iPads in the limousines are tuned in to the WiFi system, guests are provided with customised Login Pages, which can inform them of what is on offer at the respective hotels, based on their personal preferences. This will also serve as an innovate platform for marketing, giving organisations the opportunity to reach out to customers in an effective and direct way.

The WiFi server also allows the back office of the various hotels to control the system in real time, provide a breakdown of usage, track vehicle locations, configure events, and receive multiple statistical reports, with the system being supported by round-the-clock onsite assistance.
