Emaar Hospitality Group showcases global portfolio at Arabian Travel Market 2013

Dubai, UAE; May 6, 2013: Emaar Hospitality Group, the hospitality and leisure subsidiary of global property developer, Emaar Properties, will highlight its global portfolio of current and upcoming world-class properties at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2013, one of the region’s premier travel and tourism events.

A highlight of the participation is the showcase of The Address Hotels + Resorts, which marks its fifth anniversary of inception this year. Today, an industry leader, The Address hotels in Dubai recorded an average occupancy of 85 per cent in 2012 and 92 per cent in the first quarter 2013, higher than the city’s average.

At the ATM, Emaar Hospitality Group will also present its newest international projects, The Address Marassi Golf Resort & Spa in Egypt and The Address Masai Mara in Kenya. Highlighting its credentials as a full-spectrum hospitality provider, Emaar will showcase its other assets including Arabian Ranches Golf Club, Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club, and Dubai Marina Yacht Club.

The group will also showcase the newly-launched Vida Hotels and Resorts, an upscale hotel brand that promises to deliver ‘alive and inspired’ guest experiences for the culture conscious traveller, and the first property under the umbrella, Vida Downtown Dubai, which will feature 156 rooms, designed for comfortable elegance and equipped with state-of-the-art technology and amenities.

The stand at Arabian Travel Market will also feature the stunning Armani Hotel Dubai and Armani Hotel Milano of Emaar Hotels & Resorts, a collaboration between Emaar Properties and Giorgio Armani S.p.A.

Emaar’s various subsidiaries and entities including The Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destination; Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building; and Emaar Retail, spanning KidZania®, SEGA Republic, Reel Cinemas, Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, and Dubai Ice Rink, as well as Emaar Gift Card will also be showcasing their offerings at the ATM stand.
