Emaar Turkey, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Emaar Properties PJSC, has established its credentials with the hand-over of homes in its pioneering master-planned community development - Tuscan Valley in Istanbul Büyükçekmece Lake Valley.
Set in an area of over 1.7 million sq metres, Tuscan Valley is a fully established community and the fourth phase of 493 world-class residences is currently being constructed.
Emaar Turkey is also developing Emaar Square, a mixed-use project consisting of residences, a shopping mall with an entertainment complex, offices and a five-star Address hotel at Çamlıca, in Istanbul.

Tuscan Valley, located in Büyükçekmece, marks the first of Emaar’s developments in Turkey. Introducing the concept of master-planned communities to Istanbul, Tuscan Valley features recreational and social spaces for residents as well as a wide range of community amenities.
Inspired by the Tuscan architectural style and enriched with magnificent views of Büyükçekmece Lake and Marmara Sea, Tuscan Valley has 493 luxury units including villas, apartments and townhouses, available in 12 different types ranging from 149 to 940 square metres in area.
Tuscan Valley is located in the western part of Istanbul, just 20 kms from Ataturk International Airport and 50 minutes from the city centre, covering an area of 1.7 million square metres.
The project, to be completed in four phases, reflects an authentic Tuscan experience, from its design, texture and flavour to its culture. The first phase of Tuscan Valley comprised 174 villas and the Dolce Vita Sports & Life Club, and was completed in 2009. The second phase, featuring the Tuscan Shopping Arcade and semi-detached villas and villa apartments, with lake and sea views, was completed in 2012.
The Dolce Vita Club is 16,000 square metres in area, with 5,400 square metres of indoor space, and is considered to be the largest of its kind in the region. It offers world-class facilities including a fitness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis, squash, and basketball courts, mini football fields plus other amenities.

Emaar Square will comprise over 1,000 luxury homes, a 180 room five star Address hotel and a world class shopping mall, one of the largest in Turkey. The Emaar Square Shopping Mall, a trophy asset within the development, will offer city dwellers a world-class shopping and leisure destination that is expected to employ around 5,000 people.
With over 150,000 square metres of total rentable space, the mall will also feature a wide range of leisure facilities including a family entertainment centre, an ice rink and an underwater zoo, taking inspiration from Emaar’s flagship retail asset, The Dubai Mall.
Emaar Square Shopping Mall will also feature a 2,400 seat mega movie theatre complex and a 4,500 vehicle parking lot reserved for the shopping mall. The mall has been designed by DP Architects, also associated with The Dubai Mall.
Emaar Square will also feature 40,000 square metres of office space, accommodating around 4,000 professional, and is set to become a new businesses and lifestyle hub with 15,000 people befitting the project’s motto, ‘Istanbul styling, focused on you.’
Emaar Turkey has already received several prestigious awards including, ‘World’s Best Mixed Use Architecture’ at the International Property Awards 2012 and ‘Best Mixed-use Architecture, Europe’/’Best Mixed-use Architecture, Turkey’ at the European Property Awards 2012.
The Sales Centre in Çamlıca is Turkey’s largest (5,000 square metres), specially designed to showcase the landmark development.
Five different international architects and five different concepts meet in the design of Emaar Square, integrating different components such as residences, a shopping mall, entertainment centre, offices and a hotel in this mixed use project. World-renowned architectural firms, such as, Foster+Partners, Iki Design Group, DP Architects, KTGY and SWA have come together for the project.
Emaar Square is built in one of the prime areas in the centre of the city and is located on the main arteries and link roads, very close to Bağdat Avenue, the Bosphorus and the bridges. The project is 4 kilometres from Bağdat Avenue, 5.5 kilometres from Kadıköy, 7 kilometres from the Bosphorus Bridge, 11 kilometres from Taksim, 25 kilometres from Sabiha Gökçen Airport and 900 metres from the nearest metro station.
