• A participant should be a UAE national or a foreigner holding a valid UAE residency.
• Employees of Emaar Properties PJSC, sister companies or subsidiaries or any of its marketing and
communication agents or anyone professionally involved in the competition and their direct families are not eligible to participate in the competition.
• Each participant can register only one entry. All subsequent entries will be considered null and void.
• Emaar Properties PJSC does not accept any liability whatsoever for lost or undelivered entries.
• Profanities and immoral entries are strictly prohibited, null and void and sanctioned by law.
• All entries and all intellectual property rights relating thereto are and shall remain from the moment of their registration the sole and exclusive property of Emaar Properties PJSC which reserves the right to use such entries in any other project or business transaction in the future within or outside the UAE and to decide at its sole discretion whether and when to apply for the registration of any trademark without the right for the participants to claim for any rights whatsoever, whether pecuniary or not, on such entries.
• Each entry must be personally registered by the author and creator of the entry.
• The participant warrants that to the best of his/her knowledge the entry registered does not constitute any third party copyright infringement and undertakes to hold Emaar Properties PJSC fully indemnified from any claim for the same.
• Emaar Properties PJSC reserves the right to refuse, reject or annul any registration at its sole discretion without any justification and without any liability.
• Emaar Properties PJSC reserves the right to alter, cancel or close the competition at any time at its sole discretion without justification and without any liability.
• A panel of judges appointed by Emaar will select a winner from among the participants.
• In the event several applicants registered a same name, the first applicant shall win the prize if declared as winner by Emaar Properties PJSC.
• Emaar Properties is not bound in any way whatsoever to disclose its records pertaining to registrations, which remain its sole confidential property.
• The selection of a name by Emaar Properties PJSC does not imply that the participant who registered this name has won the competition. In order to win the competition, the participant should be selected and declared by Emaar Properties PJSC as winner of the competition.
• The winner should collect the prize within the time defined by Emaar Properties PJSC or else he/she will lose all rights to said prize.
• Emaar Properties PJSC reserves the right to publish the name of any participant or winner for publicity purposes.
• Emaar Properties PJSC shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained as a result of entering in the competition or taking the prize.
• Emaar Properties PJSC reserves the right to institute legal proceedings against any participant violating the above terms and conditions or submitting false or forged information as to his/her identity details.
