Emaar unlocks doors to premium office location in Burj Dubai Business Hub

Dubai, September 3, 2005: Emaar Properties, the world’s leading real estate company by market capitalisation, today unveiled the Burj Dubai Business Hub, its second major offering for Dubai’s booming corporate sector. The Business Hub, which is available for lease from Sunday, September 4, is forecast to become a top draw card for global corporations setting up headquarters in Dubai.

With 100,000 sqm of prime office space in the most exclusive address on the planet, the Business Hub offers tenants state-of-the-art facilities in one of the most desirable locations in the City. An additional 50,000 sq m of retail, food courts, and business services as well as an event lawn for corporate entertaining will be available.

The Burj Dubai Business Hub offers a working environment of ease for the needs of the fast-paced business world with features such as flexible lease options, ample secured parking, VIP drop-off area, express elevators, electronic access cards for parking and tenant areas and 24-hour security.

Naaman Atallah, Emaar Properties’ Director of Sales, said: “The Burj Dubai Business Hub offers a superb address for businesses. It is at the centre of the new Downtown Dubai and minutes away from the new Dubai International Financial Centre and the Dubai World Trade Centre. It will soon become the first-choice address for business and a centre for commerce.”

Combining commercial, residential, hotel, entertainment, shopping and leisure outlets in open green spaces, the 500-acre Burj Dubai Development offers everything to corporations who are looking to set up in the Business Hub. With a variety of residential options within the Development – from the modern style of The Residences and Burj Dubai Lake Hotel and Serviced Apartments to the traditional architecture of The Old Town, tenants can be in close proximity to their residence as well as numerous forms of entertainment.

As well as offering stunning views over the Burj Dubai, tenants will be able to take time out to sample some of the new Downtown Dubai buzz with walks along the 3.5km long, 73 metre wide Burj Dubai Boulevard – stopping to experience the street cafes, world restaurants as well as the eclectic styles of artists and colourful stalls.

With the forthcoming Burj Dubai monorail offering a pedestrian link to and from the station, the new Business Hub will be accessible and convenient for its corporate tenants.

Emaar has appointed Cluttons, the international property agency, to manage leasing of the Burj Dubai Business Hub office space.
