Emaar announces new release of Palmera at Arabian Ranches

Dubai, February 14, 2005: Emaar Properties has acceded to popular demand and announced a new release of Palmera, the Spanishstyled cluster villas at the Arabian Ranches.

The first phase of the single-family, double-storey, semi-attached villas in clusters of six were snapped up in record time of just a few hours when the project was launched in December 2004.

The overwhelming customer response and a stream of positive feedback thereafter on the quality lifestyle Palmera homes will provide has resulted in Emaar offering this new release which has been slightly modified on the exterior to provide the homes with a unique charm.

Registration for Palmera’s new releases will be done on Tuesday February 15 at the Arabian Ranches Sales Centre and sales will open at the same venue on Wednesday, February 16.

The Palmera residential unit consists of two and three bedrooms each, ranging from 1,889 sq ft to 2,936 sq ft. The homes are expected to be ready for occupation in 2007.

“Here is a another opportunity for those who had earlier missed out on owning a Palmera home and be part of a charming community,” said Naaman Atallah, Director of Sales, Emaar Properties.

“Palmera is unique in its own rights. Each home in the six-home cluster is accessed through a central entry courtyard. This certainly makes for an interesting lifestyle experience. Since the homes are affordable, it will allow people to realize their dream of living at the Arabian Ranches which is on everybody’s shortlist of great places to live,” Atallah added.

Emaar had recently launched the authentic Spanish homes Mirador at the Ranches, which have been purchased by connoisseurs of stylish living.

Late last year, Terra Nova and Al Mahra were offered to the discerning homeowner. Both are exclusive, upscale developments which have attracted those who wish to be within easy driving distance to their place of work, while needing the peaceful serenity of a luxurious away-from-it-all lifestyle.

“A home at the Ranches has become a point of prestige. People see the value of tranquility while being within easy reach of the big city buzz. They appreciate the fact that the development will allow them to enjoy top-class, international standard equestrian, golfing and leisure pursuits without the hassle of going out of the community,” said Atallah.
