Next Opportunity to own at Emaar’s Portuguese-Styled Villa Community, Alvorada

Dubai, June 27, 2005: Following the success of its initial launch, Alvorada - the friendly and relaxed Portuguese-styled community at the Arabian Ranches development is offering customers another chance to be part of this unique neighbourhood.

Registration for Alvorada will be from 10:00am to 4:00pm on Tuesday, 28 June at the Arabian Ranches Sales Centre and a random draw by an external auditor will take place the following day on Wednesday, 29 June 2005. Selected applicants will be informed by SMS and email of their registration number and invited to attend the launch on Thursday, 30 June 2005.
