Emaar unveils the West Tower at The Fairways Clubside Residence

Dubai, 12 June, 2005: In response to overwhelming demand for elegant residential suites around the Emirates Golf Club, Emaar today unveiled the third and last tower of its three-tower Fairways Clubside Residence – West Tower.

Applicants can register online (www.emaar.com/views/thefairways) on The Fairways’ dedicated website and will be provided with a confirmation number. Once registration closes, e-registered applicants will be randomly selected by an independent auditor and invited to the launch on Thursday, 16 June 2005 at the Dubai Marina Sales Centre. The e-invitation will be valid for the day of launch only and purchase of The Fairways West Tower apartment will be validated in the name of the original e-registered client.
