Emaar puts limited edition The Residences Villas in the shop window

Dubai, August 24, 2005: The 29 top of the range villas in The Residences – some of the most prestigious homes to emerge to date from the Burj Dubai Development   will go on sale tomorrow (Thursday), developer Emaar announced today.

The villas offer spacious luxury and one of Dubai’s most desirable locations in the six The Residences towers. The 1, 2 and 3 bedroom villas covering from 994 to 2,799 sq ft in living space, go on sale on Thursday, August 25 from 3pm at the Downtown Living Presentation Centre within the Burj Dubai Development. The 2 and 3 bedroom villas are two-storey with a lower floor terrace.

Naaman Atallah, Director of Sales for Emaar Properties, said: “The villas offer some of the most desirable properties available in the Burj Dubai Development. The new owners will have all the space associated with villa living and the advantages that stem from being located at the heart of Downtown Dubai   one of the most invigorating and exciting venues in the emirate. It offers lifestyle living at its best.”

The villas are within easy reach of the Burj Dubai lakes, ideally placed to share the gentle charm of The Old Town or the urban chic of the Burj Dubai Boulevard with its multitude of dining, socializing and shopping experiences. Their design is simple yet stylishly elegant and will offer a visual contrast as Downtown Dubai takes shape.

Facilities for residents include swimming pools, a squash court, a golf simulation room, fitness centre, a mini theatre, library, business centre and guest suite. The homes feature the latest in IT and communications technology, 24-hour security and maintenance, basement parking and a concierge.

“The Residences at the Burj Dubai reflect Emaar’s commitment to delivering luxury while providing residents with dream homes in a unique environment,” Atallah said.
