Emaar Turkey receives ISO 9001:2000 quality certification

Dubai, UAE; March 31, 2008: Emaar Turkey, the country subsidiary of Emaar Properties PJSC, has received the ISO 9001:2000 certification for adherence to international quality management system and continual improvement practices. Mr Ozan Balaban, General Manager of Emaar Turkey, received the certification from Mrs Neli Adoni, Turkey Operational Manager of Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA).

Emaar Turkey completed the stringent evaluation procedures required of the certification in just 91 days, a record of sorts for the country. Emaar Properties PJSC had won the certification in 2006, marking the first time from the region that a property developer of its size, scale and scope of operations won the prestigious stamp of quality.

Emaar Turkey’s ISO 9001:2000 certification also reflects on the build quality of its flagship project, the Tuscan Valley Houses, which was launched recently to strong investor response in Dubai and Turkey. Tuscan Valley Houses, located in Buyukcekmece, features 555 luxury villas.
