Jeddah; Saudi Arabia; March 28, 2008: Emaar Middle East, the developer of the SR6 billion (US$1.6 billion) Jeddah Gate mixed-use project, hosted a delegation from the Republic of Korea, led by General Consul Mr Park Hojung. Eng. Alaa Abdullah Saed, Chief Executive Officer, Emaar Middle East, welcomed the delegation comprising Korean Consulate members and presented an overview of Jeddah Gate.
The Korean delegation was briefed on the investment opportunities in the project, which spans over half a million sq m in Jeddah’s new downtown and features residential, commercial, hospitality, retail and leisure components. The first phase of homes Jeddah Gate was launched recently to overwhelming customer interest.
