Emaar Properties records sell-out success for first Standpoint tower

Dubai, UAE; January 24, 2008: Buoyed by the demand for homes within Downtown Burj Dubai, the ‘new heart of the city,’ Emaar Properties recorded sell-out success for the Standpoint launch. The Standpoint residential units, comprising studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, were sold out following huge customer turn out. Offering a fresh perspective to modern living, Standpoint is a two-tower residential project located on the Burj Dubai Boulevard and opens doors for residents to a vibrant new lifestyle.
