Emaar Pakistan holds balloting for Crescent Bay properties

Karachi, Pakistan; March 31, 2008: Emaar Pakistan, the country subsidiary of Emaar Properties PJSC, today, conducted the balloting for registered customers of Crescent Bay. The impartial and transparent balloting to prioritise customer allocation, following overwhelming sales interest to the launch, was conducted by an independent third party, in Karachi.

The sales launch of Crescent Bay had received overwhelming sales interest from customers in Karachi, Islamabad and Dubai. To ensure that customers were given fair allocation, Emaar organised the balloting, which was attended by representatives of the media and the management of Emaar.

Results of the balloting will be displayed on the Emaar Pakistan corporate website (www.emaar.com/pakistan) within a week after balloting. All successful applicants will also receive a letter from Emaar which will outline the purchase procedures. In addition, information on the sales process and ballot results, amongst other queries can be obtained through Emaar’s toll free number 0800-Emaar (0800 36227) or +92 51 209 8311 for international callers. Moreover other applicants can continue to participate in the future launches within Crescent Bay.

Crescent Bay is a part of the multi-billion dollar development projects Emaar has announced in Pakistan. The luxury mixed-use community will stimulate the local economy and create several employment opportunities in Pakistan.

Crescent Bay is part of Karachi’s DHA Phase 8, which includes the DHA Golf Course.
