Emaar Properties unveils elite Polo Homes at the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club

Dubai, UAE, October 4, 2007: Emaar Properties has unveiled an exclusive collection of villas - the Polo Homes community - at the Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club, within the well-established Arabian Ranches neighbourhood. The Polo Homes, limited in number to just 71, surround the polo fields and forms one of the most impressive and opulent residential communities by Emaar to date.

The Polo Club offers extensive on-site leisure facilities as well as easy and effortless access to the Arabian Ranches Golf Course. Meeting the growing demand for villas in Dubai, and as a part of the Arabian Ranches community, Polo Homes residents are offered a full array of amenities such as retail outlets, schools, health and fitness facilities and children’s play areas all within close proximity and located within the Arabian Ranches development.

“The Polo Homes collection offers buyers the opportunity to own a home in one of the most idyllic locations in Dubai and in close access to a range of lifestyle amenities,” said Saif Al Mansoori, Sales Director, Emaar Properties. “The Polo Homes celebrate the equestrian heritage of the region and have a unique identity, which will appeal to discerning home-owners. The luxurious build, the elegant surroundings and the array of facilities are a big draw for the Polo Homes.”

Comprising 71 detached, two-storey villas, ranging from four- to six-bedrooms set alongside the polo fields of the Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club, the Polo Homes are exclusive in design, with unit sizes ranging from 6,777 to 15,563 sq ft and plot sizes ranging from 15,551 to 39,611 sq ft.

Polo Homes builds on the success of the Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club, which extends over 68 acres of desert landscape and features a clubhouse, two polo fields, one practice field and two riding/show jumping arenas. The Club hosts several equestrian events, offers an array of leisure and recreational facilities, and serves as a platform for corporate meetings and events. The Clubhouse is a vibrant addition to the city’s eclectic food and beverages options, and has four stylish lounges, a number of speciality restaurants and a spa. Interior elements of the Clubhouse are reflected in aesthetics within the Polo Homes.

The Polo Homes address the notions of light and space within the large living areas based around a semi-open plan layout, wide corridors and a wealth of windows. Each and every bedroom includes an airy and spacious atmosphere along with an en-suite bathroom facility. The interior and exterior features celebrate luxury in every possible form, and make for one of the finest examples of the build quality of Emaar’s homes.

“The design of the Polo Homes is inspired by Andalusian architecture, with exceptional attention to detail. Standard features within each exclusive villa include terracotta roof tiles, spacious central courtyards and attractive plot sizes with potential for inspirational landscaping opportunities,” added Mr Al Mansoori. “With three impressive model homes already complete and the upcoming launch of the Polo Homes sales centre, the project aims to attract regional and international interest.”

Two interior theme options are offered within the Polo Homes villas; ‘Traditional’ and ‘Classic’. Beautiful hand made Mashrebia screens, decorative coving and contrasting marble inlaid floors are features of the traditional-themed homes. The classic choice embodies elegance and understated elements of design from classic wall mouldings to hand made joinery, displaying clean lines, enhancing the refreshing look and feel.

The Polo Homes is a premium community exemplifying a unique and luxurious lifestyle and celebrating the equestrian heritage of the Middle East. The community has direct access from three ring roads that lead to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Residents also enjoy the convenience of being in close proximity to Dubai’s nerve-centres including the Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City and Jebel Ali Free Zone.
