Emaar’s Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club offers unique Ramadan Iftar experience

Dubai, UAE, October 1, 2007: Emaar Properties’ Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club (DPEC) is offering a delectably different Iftar offer throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan. The semi-desert location of DPEC within the Arabian Ranches neighbourhood offers a distinct environment for meeting friends and relatives, and breaking the day’s fast with a truly festive spread of food and beverages.

DPEC has unveiled a special Ramadan Iftar menu at the club’s magical Palermo Terrace setting. The outlet will be open from sunset until 9pm.

“The Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club is celebrating the Holy Month of Ramadan by highlighting the facets of true Arabian hospitality,” said Karim Klaa, General Manager, DPEC. “We have welcomed Ramadan with special offers aimed at families and friends to come and enjoy the spirit of togetherness in a peaceful setting.”

He added: “The Clubhouse, designed as a distinctive Spanish ‘hacienda’, provides guests with a wide variety of dining, leisure, business and entertainment options. It is the perfect setting for cultivating a common bond of interest – especially in equestrian pursuits, and enjoying an exclusive lifestyle.”

DPEC is just off the Dubai Autodrome and can be easily accessed via the Emirates Road and Al Khail Road. The Club has already become the hub of equestrian-related sports and leisure activities amongst residents in Dubai as well as visitors to the city. The Club hosts local and international polo events at two main polo fields and a practice field.
