Burj Views on schedule for handover next year

Dubai, UAE, July 3, 2007: Burj Views, a three-tower residential complex by Emaar Properties within its flagship Downtown Burj Dubai development, is on schedule for handover to customers in the latter half of 2008. The towers featuring studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments and duplexes are already 30 per cent complete.

“As one of the first projects within the Downtown Burj Dubai development, investor interest on Burj Views, driven by its central location near The Old Town, Burj Dubai Boulevard and The Dubai Mall, has been strong,” said Saif Al Mansoori, Sales Director, Emaar Properties.

“These homes are ideal for individuals and small families, and give residents access to a range of lifestyle amenities including shopping centres, health & fitness facilities, swimming pools, indoor basketball court, squash courts, children’s play area, private gardens and leisure avenues,” he added.

A highlight of Burj Views is the exclusive retail space of 1,800 sq m. The temperature controlled shopping arcade, facing Burj Dubai, similar to what residences enjoy in Marina Walk, can be accessed from all the three towers. The courtyards feature gymnasiums with high ceilings and rooftop amenities include lounges, games areas and multipurpose rooms.

The final phase of Burj Views homes has recently been released and several financial institutions are offering easy home finance options. Potential home-owners can visit the Downtown Burj Dubai sales centre for more details on Burj Views or call toll-free 800-EMAAR (36227).

Downtown Burj Dubai is a mixed-use 500-acre community with commercial, residential, hotel, entertainment, shopping and leisure components set amidst open green spaces and a lake. Burj Dubai, on course to becoming the world’s tallest tower, forms the epicenter of the project. Several residential projects – including The Residences and The Old Town – have been handed over to customers. Two hospitality projects within Downtown Burj Dubai – the Al Manzil and Qamardeen at The Old Town - have also opened.
