Emaar Properties honours top-selling agents |
Dubai, UAE, January 23, 2007: Emaar Properties, as part of its Agent’s Advantage Programme for outstanding sales results, honoured the local and international top-selling agents of 2006. Mr Ahmad Al Matrooshi, UAE Managing Director, Emaar Properties, presented the awards to Al Huraiz Real Estate, Cluttons LLC and Maraicar Real Estate – the three top-selling agents locally. Hawk Impax Trading, Kazakhstan, won the award for top international sales performance. “Year 2006 has been outstanding for Emaar as well as for the Dubai property market,” said Mr Al Matrooshi. “We have now handed over more than 14,500 homes, of which over 2,200 were delivered in 2006 alone. The proactive attitude of our sales agents ensured that our up-and-coming projects too fetched overwhelming investor response.” He added: “Last year, we also launched sales in India and Pakistan. We have now expanded into 14 countries, and this growth will support the sales activities in various international markets for Emaar’s Dubai projects.” Al Huraiz Real Estate, the top seller locally, was presented with a BMW 630; Cluttons and Maraicar Real Estate received 5 star hotel vouchers for two persons, business class flight tickets to destinations in Europe and Asia; and Hawk Impax Trading was presented a Toyota Land Cruiser. Emaar recently strengthened its Agent Advantage Programme by meeting with sales agents and discussing measures to simplify processes. The revamped Agent’s Advantage Program now offers more rewards for outstanding sales.
