The apartments within Marina Quays and Park Island were launched earlier to overwhelming investor response. “The limited number of non-typical units, villas and penthouses that are now launched have several resident-friendly features. Marina Quays is a three-tower community with the buildings extending out to the marina over the promenade. Park Island comprises four residential towers and villas that are located above a landscaped 3-storey podium overlooking the marina.

Emaar is the master-developer of Dubai Marina, the largest of its kind waterfront project in the region.
