Dubai, UAE, August 5, 2007: Emaar Properties will launch the sale of the Ghadeer townhomes at The Lakes, an established residential community, on August 11. An audited random selection will take place after registration closes and a limited number of applicants selected will be invited to the launch event on August 11, where they may have the opportunity to buy the townhomes. Emirates Islamic Bank is offering easy home finance of up to 96 per cent of the townhouse’s value on the launch day.
