Rabat, Morocco, August 24, 2007: Emaar Morocco, the country subsidiary of Emaar Properties PJSC, opens sales for phase one of resort-style residences at its Tinja project on August 25. Tinja, a master-planned community, is being developed as part of the MAD 43.5 billion (US$5.34 billion) Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) the company signed last year with the Moroccan government under the high patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, King of Morocco.
