Emaar opens exclusive customer center at Downtown Burj Dubai

Dubai, UAE, April 1, 2007: Emaar Properties has opened an exclusive customer Center for residents and home buyers of Downtown Burj Dubai, which will serve as a one-stop Center for all property-related services. Located within The Old Town residential project, the customer Center will offer a breadth of services including property handover, customer care, bill payment and general queries. 

“Downtown Burj Dubai, the flagship project of Emaar Properties, is a fast-growing community neighborhood with several clients taking occupancy of their homes. Key residential projects within the development will be handed over in the coming months,” said Mr Ahmad Juma Al Falasi, Executive Director - Asset Management, Emaar Properties. “Emaar is opening this dedicated customer Center to meet the needs of this burgeoning community.”

The AED 73 billion (US$20 billion) Downtown Burj Dubai encompasses Burj Dubai, on its course to become the world’s tallest tower; The Dubai Mall, one of the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destinations; Burj Dubai Square, a business hub; and several residential projects such as The Residences, South Ridge, The Lofts, 8 Boulevard Walk, The Old Town, The Old Town Island, Burj Views and Burj Dubai Lake Hotel and Serviced Apartments. 

“The customer Center is located at Yansoon 9, one of the key quarters of Old Town, and can be easily accessed from all the other projects,” said Mr Al-Falasi. “Apart from offering a convenient option for tenants and owners to meet their needs, the Center also highlights Emaar’s commitment to the community we are strengthening at Downtown Burj Dubai.”
