Emaar unveils Delphine luxury residence at Marina Promenade

Dubai, UAE, September 3, 2006: Emaar Properties offers 68 additional home units in Dubai’s most desired residential location – the Dubai Marina - with the launch of its sixth and final tower on Marina Promenade, The Delphine.

The high-end residential condominium tower has two- and three-bedroom apartments that open to most scenic part of the marina.

“The launch of Delphine on September 7 follows the successful roll-out of The Aurora less than a month ago,” said Bahiya Kayed, Assistant Director of Sales, Emaar Properties. “With Dubai Marina recently being voted as the most desired residential location in Dubai, the already overwhelming demand for homes here has further increased. The Delphine, therefore, comes at the right time to meet a consistent demand from families who will find the two- and three-bedroom apartments perfectly suiting their space requirements.”

Located on the widest bay of Dubai Marina, The Delphine at Marina Promenade offers unparalleled views of the Dubai Marina Yacht Club. Residents can also enjoy a host of amenities offered at the three-storey podium that cushions the development. Facilities include swimming pools, games room, squash courts, library, business lounge, multipurpose room, leisure deck, day care centre and barbecue area, among others.

The Delphine will have other facilities such as locker storage area, concierge service, centralized household waste removal, on-site mail service and 24-hour maintenance and security service.

“The Delphine will be ready for hand over in January 2008 and serves as a perfect complement to the other five towers in being a thoroughly family-centric development,” said Kayed. “In close proximity to Dubai’s knowledge hubs, the Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and Knowledge Village, the tower offers a strategic location advantage. Residents can save the time otherwise wasted in traffic snarls and reach home to enjoy a vibrant marina lifestyle.”

Amlak Finance offers 96 per cent home finance for the apartments priced upwards of AED 1,262,888 and AED 1,999,888 for the two- and three-bedroom units respectively.

With a four per cent down payment of AED 50,515 and AED 79,995 and monthly installments of AED 10,553 and AED 16,712 for a twenty-year period, potential homeowners and investors can own a home at The Delphine, the final tower on Marina Promenade.

“The promulgation of the Dubai Property Law has energized the Dubai property market and there is a greater demand from potential home-owners for easy home finance terms,” said Khalid Zainal, Head of Sales and Distribution, Amlak Finance. “We have been offering similar finance schemes on other Dubai Marina projects – all of which fetched phenomenal investor interest. The advantage of such finance options is that families can now own a home at rates lesser than the rents they would be paying to live on similar apartments.”

Home buyers can visit the Emaar Sales Centre located on Building 1, 8th floor at the Emaar Business Park from 9am to 7pm starting September 4 for pre-approval from Amlak, and from September 7 for actual purchases. Emaar’s sales staff and Amlak representatives will address any queries and assist in processing the applications.

Emaar’s projects within Dubai Marina – an urban centre offering the luxury of waterfront living - include Al Majara, Al Sahab, Dubai Marina Towers, Marina Promenade, Marina Quays and Park Island. Emaar has handed over more than 14,000 homes in the UAE – many of them on Dubai Marina – and is currently rolling out ambitious projects in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Tunisia, Pakistan, India, Morocco, Syria and Turkey.
