Sales Process |
To assist you and provide you with a comfortable purchasing experience, kindly find below a brief overview of the e-registration and sales process as well as a list of the documentation that you will need to provide: Alma Townhomes Registration Process: - Online registration will take place between: 25th to 31st May, 2008.
- Registration numbers will be confirmed to the applicant after random selection.
- Only one registration per person will be valid and the customer will be the primary buyer.
- Registration requirements:
- Name of purchaser, CNIC or NICOP, email, address, city and mobile number
- Agent Name, if referred to Emaar Pakistan by one of the authorized real-estate agent
Please note: - Minimum age to register and purchase is 18 years and only Pakistani national can purchase the property, any foreign national will require prior approvals from Government of Pakistan.
- By virtue of filing the e-registration form, no right is created towards any reservation, offer or allotment of property in the Project.
- The registration will entitle the person (s) to buy only one property unless otherwise decided by the seller.
Alma Townhomes launch day (8th June 2008) sales process: - Customers will be called into the sales area in a chronological order.
- Once your registration number is called you will be requested to proceed to the sales area.
- Admission into the sales area will be on verification of the registration number.
- Customers are required to have the following documents on hand:
- Primary purchaser must be present with proof of registration
- Original CNIC or NICOP + three copies
- Current dated cheque for the first installment
- In case of a Joint purchase, it is required that both parties be present at the time of sale.
- In case of a Power of Attorney, it is required that a duly registered or notarized POA duly verified by the concerned Pakistani Consulate is presented.
The Sales Representative will be more than happy to answer your queries and advise you on your purchase. After you have completed the purchase and signed all the necessary documents, the sales executive will inform you on the amount of 1st installment that is to be paid in the form of a current dated cheque. On receipt of the payment, our finance department will give you a copy of the receipt. You will be required to sign your sales agreement along with the terms and conditions of the sale which will be notarized and ready for collection within a week. Payment Process:
Initial down payment: 1st installment via current dated cheque only
