Keeping in view the tremendous response we received, it was announced that balloting would be conducted for further units at Crescent Bay to entertain the applicants who were registered on the launch date.
When is Emaar Pakistan conducting the balloting for Crescent Bay?
We plan to hold our balloting event at the end of March 2008. The balloting will be conducted by a third party which will be a highly reputable company in this field. Key media personnel will also be invited and will be present along with the management of Emaar Pakistan.
How would I know if I got selected in the balloting?
Successful applicants will be sent a congratulatory letter confirming their opportunity to purchase property at Crescent Bay and setting out further steps necessary to avail of this opportunity. Applicants who are not successful in the balloting will be notified and they may participate in our future launches to become part of the unrivaled lifestyle that Crescent Bay promises to deliver. The results of the balloting will be displayed at Emaar Pakistan’s corporate website and are expected to be posted on 4th April 2008.
