Undulating yet generous links-land style fairways challenge and intrigue all levels of player and placement of the drive remains the cornerstone of any good round. The flat landing area of each fairway can be challenging to find, but is an immensely rewarding adventure. Large deceptive greens possess plenty of shape, creating some very trying putts.

The Montgomerie Dubai boasts a magnificent clubhouse, opened in January 2006, featuring 21 five-star hotel rooms which embrace minimalist design without compromising on comfort.
