What do I do if I lose my share certificate?

If you have lost your share certificate you must:

  • Advertise in a local paper for two days stating: you have lost your certificate, how many shares you have and your contact details in case someone has found your share certificate.
  • Then you should go into any UNB Bank branch with proof that you have advertised the loss of your share certificate, your family book, passport copy and 100 dirham.



Would reaching a threshold shareholding percentage require notification to the Dubai Financial Market?
