How do I get a garbage bin? Call Emrill call center to order one.
When is the garbage collected in my area? Every other day depending on the area.
How do I arrange pest control for my property? Call Emrill call center and put a request through, the pest control company will then get back to you to arrange an appointment.
Why do I have a large DEWA bill? There is possibly a leakage from the water tank – please contact Emrill call center to arrange for a technician to come and have it checked.
How do I get the intercom fitted for my apartment (greens only)? Call Emrill call center to arrange for the intercom to be connected.
How do I get my water and electricity connected? Pay the DEWA deposit and fax the receipt to the handover department and they will connect it for you.
Can I get help to do odd jobs around my villa (hang pictures etc)? Contact the Emrill call center and put in a request the Premium services department will then call you back to arrange an appointment and inform you of the charges.
How often are the windows cleaned in my apartment (marina and greens only)? Greens – every 2 months, Marina – every 3 - 4 months.
Is security available 24 hours a day? Yes, for any emergencies you can contact the sales center.
Can I get a replacement access card, and is there a charge (marina and greens only)? Marina -100dhs – Visit the Dubai Marina Emrill office to purchase your new card. Greens – 100dhs – Visit the handover department to pay for this then take the receipt to the Greens facilities management office to collect the new card.
Is there a postal service available? In Dubai Marina/ Emirates Lakes there are individual mailboxes for each apartment/villa but only one P.O.Box number – the address must contain the apartment/villa number so that it can be delivered by the office to the correct mailbox – the tenant has the key. For Greens, Hills, Meadows, and springs there are future plans for this service but it has not yet been put into practice.

After my warranty expires, who do I contact for maintenance issues on my property? You can contact Emrill call center for any maintenance on the villa/apartment but in this case, each call – out will be chargeable, if you would like to take out a monthly maintenance contract on your villa/apartment you can contact premium services on 04-3663401 for information.
Can I make structural alterations to my property? For permission to make structural alteration on your villa / apartment please, contact the quality assurance department on 04-3673314. If you would like Emrill to give you a quotation for the work, please contact the Emrill call center to make a request.
Can I change the color of my exterior paintwork? According to the rules set by Emaar the external paintwork color cannot be changed, for more information please contact Emaar customer care on 043661688 or toll free on 8004978.
