Welcome to the launch of (name of project), the latest exciting development brought to you by Emaar. To assist you and provide you with a comfortable purchasing experience, kindly find below a brief overview of the Sales Process, as well as a list of the documentation that you will need to provide: Sales start at (Time) from Sales Centre on (Date). Registration Process:
(First Come First Served) will commence at 8 am On arrival: - You will be given a unique token number at the entrance
- Tokens will be issued on a first come first serve basis
- Only one registration per person will be valid and the customer will be the primary buyer.
- Joint purchasers have to provide their details at the entrance and will be considered as a single registration
- Joint purchasers are allowed for next of kin only
Registration Requirements: - Name of primary/joint purchaser as per passport, passport number, mobile number and email address.
- Minimum age to register and purchase is 21 years.
Launch Day Sales Process: - Sales will be made to customer having a token number.
- Customers will be called into the sales area in a chronological order
- Once your token number is called you will be requested to proceed to the sales area within the Sales Centre. In an event where the customer is not available at the time his/her token is called he/she will be requested to take another token number.
- Admission into the sales area will be on verification of the token number.
- Customers are required to have the following documents on hand:
- Original Passport
- 3 Passport photocopies of primary /joint purchaser
- Current dated cheque for the 1st installment payment
- In the case of a Joint purchase, it is required that both parties be present at the time of sale.
The Sales Representative will be more than happy to answer your queries and advise you on your purchase. After you have completed the purchase and signed all the necessary documents, the sales executive will inform you on the amount of 1st installment that is to be paid in the form of a current dated cheque. On receipt of the payment, our finance department will give you a copy of the receipt, a copy of the Sales offer to Purchase along with the terms and conditions of the sale. You will be contacted shortly to come and sign your contract. Payment Process: - The Ist installment of the property value mentioned on the payment schedule will be required in full at the time of purchase via current dated cheque.
- A payment schedule will be given to the customer at the point of sale for the remaining payments
- Note: All payments must be made by Cheque and the currencies that we accept are AED, U.S. Dollar, or (British) Pound, Sterling and Euro. For foreign currency cheques there is a service fee of Dhs.500 per cheque which must be handed in at the point of sales.
Please note: - Property purchased from Emaar Properties PJSC may not be transferred or sold to a 3rd party until after required % of the value of the property (subject to property / project type) is paid and in accordance with the payment schedule and conditions given in the sales agreement and transfers department’s policy.
- Unregistered Joint purchase will be allowed on the day of the launch only for immediate next of kin who translate as: Mother, Father, Husband, Wife, Son, Daughter, and Sibling. Proof of relationship may be required at the point of sale.
Only the primary purchaser as per contract is entitled to a UAE residence visa. - As per the UAE law, only an adult (over 21 years) is allowed to buy property.
