du provides a complete telecoms solution (landline, broadband and TV) for both business and residential within Emaar developments. All villas and apartments are equipped with multiple sockets, through which the landline, broadband and TV signals are routed, eliminating the need for further cables and dishes. This also means that Emaar residents receive just one bill for all their services and they can use various sockets in their home for these services interchangeably. UAE nationals: ID (passport, or national ID card) and proof of ownership
Non-UAE Nationals: passport with residency visa and proof of ownership Tenants:
UAE nationals: ID (passport or national ID card) and tenancy agreement
Non-UAE Nationals: passport with residency visa and tenancy agreement Application Procedure - Complete the application form, choosing which of the services you wish to subscribe for
- Submit the form along with the correct documents to the office above (only one visit to the office is required)
- Pay the installation fee and one month subscription fees for each chosen service (total payment will depend on your chosen services)

- No minimum contracts apply for landline and broadband services
- TV services are subject to a minimum of 12 months contract, paid on a monthly basis. You may switch between TV providers during this time
Activation/Provision of chosen services
du will confirm the activation date and time of your selected services within 24 hrs of the submission of your application and payment. Activation of services will be completed on a first come, first serve basis within 4 to 5 days of your application. Fees to be paid when applying for services - Installation charges (one time payment) – based on the number and type of services chosen
- One month subscription fee – paid in advance and based on the fixed charges for each service chosen. This payment will be kept as a deposit. Additionally, du will collect AED 200 as a refundable deposit unless you choose automatic payment (see below).
How to pay for your services Automatic payment: complete a Credit/Debit Card Approval form available from our sales office to automatically pay your monthly bill. Monthly payment: by visiting the du sales office (located in Dubai Media City, Building 14, ground floor) before the end of each month, using cash, cheque or credit card for payment. Cheque payment drop boxes: conveniently located at the following locations: - The Greens
- The Lakes
- The Springs
- The Arabian Ranches
