About Our Services

• Electrical Safety - check MDB, DB as a contactor, breakers - electrical outlets at switches. sockets, plugs: electrical connection for the kitchen appliances, wiring.
• Air Conditioning
  - Outdoor Units (washing condenser coils, checking/refilling gas, checking fan motor/fan blades, minor repairs).
  - Indoor Units (filter cleaning, cleaning of drain line & trays, cleaning  grills, diffusers, checking a/c remote control operator, evaporator protection spraying, checking of the a/c noise, checking the exhaust fans).
• Plumbing - checking pumps, water tanks, float valves, water heaters, checking and cleaning the drain traps in house, checking for pipe leaks, checking the toilet cistern mechanisms.
• Pest Control - external/Internal pest control will be carried out on a six monthly basis at your request. 
• External Window Cleaning (once per month)
• External Clean Up (once per week)
