Welcome to the launch of Al Ghozlan buildings at The Greens. To assist you and provide you with a comfortable purchasing experience, kindly find below a brief overview of the Sales Process. The launch of these buildings will be from the Dubai Marina Sales office and doors will open on the 27th September 2005 from 9 am onwards. Sales will be on a first come first served basis, to assist you with your purchase, please find below a few guidelines and a list of the documentation that you will need to provide: - Original Passport copy of purchaser + three copies (Purchaser must be present)
- Joint purchasers – both purchasers to bring original passports + three copies
- Both purchasers must be present. Joint purchases will be allowed for immediate next of kin only; mother, father, husband, wife, son or daughter. Son or daughter must be over 21 years of age
- Be ready to pay 20% of the purchase price via a current dated cheque. No post dated cheques or credit cards will be accepted
- If you are purchasing a property on behalf of a locally based client, you will need to furnish us with an Original Power of a attorney that has been attested and certified by the Dubai Courts. For an international buyer, then this Original Power of a attorney must be certified by a Notary Public
Step 1: On the day of the launch, you will be given a number, kindly proceed to the waiting area in the Sales Centre. Step 2: After a brief wait, your number will be called and you will be provided with a numbered Client Information Sheet. You will then be directed to a Sales Representative. Step 3: The Sales Representative will be more than happy to answer your queries and advise you on your purchase. After you have completed the deal and signed all the necessary documents, the sales executive will inform you on the amount of 1st installment that is to be paid in the form of a current dated cheque. On receipt of the payment, our finance department will give you a copy of the receipt, a copy of the Launch to Purchase Contract along with the terms and conditions of the sale. You will be contacted within 2 weeks to pick up your contract. The contract must be signed within 30 days of the launch day. Rules & Regulations: - An entrance registration number on the day of the launch will be given to the customer based on a first come, first serve basis.
- Sales will also be made on the basis of the first come first served number given on the day of the launch
- Numbers will only be given to the name of person purchasing the property
- In the case of a joint purchase, it is required that registration of both purchasing parties be done at the registration itself and proof of identification for the both buyers must also be logged at the same time. Joint purchase will be allowed on the day of the launch for immediate next of kin only, next of kin translates as; Mother, Father, Husband, Wife, Son, Daughter. Proof of relationship must be produced at the point of sale
- The registration will entitle the person (s) to buy only one property unless otherwise decided by the seller
- Property purchased from Emaar Properties PJSC may not be transferred or sold to a 3rd party until after the 2nd payment is made
- Registration is available to adults only. You must be above 21 to register
Payment Process: Initial 20% down payment: 1st installment via current dated cheque only A payment schedule will be given to you at the point of sale for the remaining payments
And the final payment * Note: All payments must be made by cheque and the currencies that we accept are AED, U.S. Dollar, or (British) Pound Sterling and Euro. For foreign currency cheques there is a service fee of Dhs. 500 per cheque which must be paid at the point of sale. |
