Management Associate Program

In 2004, Emaar has launched a training initiative targeting fresh graduates from leading UAE universities, titled 'Management Associate Program'. The scheme includes the selection, employment and training of high-merit students from select local universities across the UAE, and is part of Emaar's Emiratization.

The Management Associates are assigned to Emaar’s various departments and undergo intensive on-the-job and theoretical training for a period of one year, before being absorbed as permanent employees of the company.

Our aim is to promote the entry of educated skilled nationals into the country’s workforce. It will equip fresh graduates with the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure their growth into competent professionals ready to take on the challenges of their work at Emaar.

Emaar also endorses the Emiratisation program launched by the government to ensure the development of national talent, spread across all levels of the organization.
